Horse health

  • Every horse needs a current negative Coggins test. Please have a copy ready on arrival.
  • One horse per stall.
  • Please bring your own hay and water buckets. We don’t provide them, for the horses’ health.

House rules

  • Up to 6 guests in the house. No smoking.
  • Pets welcome. Service animals are always welcome.
  • The back porch is closed for renovations for now.

Frequently asked

Can I book stalls without the house?

Yes. Book any mix: stalls only, an RV or trailer hookup only, the house only, or all three.

How do the stall cameras work?

After you pay, you’ll get an email with a one-time link to create your password. Sign in on any phone, tablet or computer and your stall cameras appear under “My stay”. They switch on 3 hours before check-in and turn off 2 hours after check-out. Add the live camera to a stall when you book; you can only watch the stalls you added it to. Tip: add the site to your phone’s home screen to open your cameras like an app.

What if I already have an account?

Book with the same email address and the new stay — and its cameras — will be added to your existing account automatically.

Google Maps can’t find you.

Google tends to get lost out here in the country. Use our exact coordinates: 34.86375° N, 91.916582° W — the directions links at the bottom of this page use them.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel any time up to the day before your check-in date for a full refund, so we can open the space back up for other guests. On your check-in day or later, the booking can’t be refunded. Camera access ends as soon as a booking is cancelled.

Can I book for longer than 28 nights, or by phone?

Yes — contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we’ll set it up. Phone bookings can include stall cameras too.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. You pay on Stripe’s checkout page, the same one used by millions of businesses. Your card number never reaches our website.
